Wood Registers: Flush Mount Grilles

Description:

Flush Mount grilles are used with hardwood floors as independent inserts (without frame) that rest on top of the sub floor and sit flush with the finished floor. These units are primarily used for new hardwood floor installation but may be used with existing hardwood floors. Other applications include wall or ceiling installations where a flush surface is required.

Each grille is 3/4″ thick with a rail that is 3/8”- 1″ wide, with straight edges and no undercut. Straight or angled blades can run long direction or short direction. Dividers are hidden. They are also available in 1″ x 1.5″ on center rectangles, 1″ x 1″ on center squares, and 1.5″ x 1.5″ on center squares. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available upon request.

Registers are available in any wood species ranging from Alder to Zebrawood. We also accept lumber from our customers. Please call for board footage and thickness requirements. We have the capability to match the color and luster of all major prefinished hardwood flooring and wood laminate brands on the market today. All vents are pre-sanded and ready for on-site finishing; no additional preparation is required.
