Custom return air filter grilles are available in any pattern or size, for wall, ceiling and floor. Please call for floor applications. Wall and ceiling products are cut from 3/16″ metal.

Overall dimensions: Standard frame width & height are 3″ greater than duct opening size. Flush mount frame width & height are 3.5″ greater than duct opening size. The flush-mount frame is designed to be installed before drywall; Finished wall thickness should be 3/4″.

Each filter grille includes a 1″ washable MERV 8 rated filter. For other options, see filter element information below.

Our filter grilles have an interior filter box measurement 1/2” smaller than the listed dimensions. If you plan on using a third party filter please ensure it will fit. We have the ability to customize the dimensions to fit your particular filter.

Filter grilles are made to order and require approximately 4-6 weeks to manufacture. Please contact us for a delivery estimate if your order is urgent. Please note: Expedited shipping applies only to transit time, not manufacturing time.

Return Air Filter Grilles

Pacific Register Filter Grilles are available in any pattern and size. They are designed to work well with our 1” thick, black, washable and reusable filter elements provided with the grilles, or a standard 2” thick filter. The frame has a removable face, making installation and filter changes a breeze.

Our decorative filter grilles are the perfect finishing touch to your room. Whether you need a standard size grille, odd sized grille, or special size to fit your particular application, we can make a custom filter grille for you.

Available for wall, ceiling and floor applications.
Cut from 3/16″ thick material, for improved durability over many thin gauge products on the market.
Our flush mount captive screws are child-proof – ideal for floor applications and high-traffic areas. These screws will not break or get caught on clothing and other objects.
Available in any custom size and any pattern.

Filter Element Options

Our standard filter grilles include a 1” thick black washable filter element (MERV 8 rating) by default. If you require a higher MERV rating (for allergies or other needs) please call us. We can customize a filter grille to accept the type of filter element you are currently using, or supply you with a higher-rated element (MERV 11 or MERV 13) for additional cost.

As our filter grille frames are 2” deep, they can accommodate two filter elements in many cases: you can place a higher efficiency filter at the back and use our 1″ washable filter as a pre-filter, making the other filter last longer.

If you plan on using a third party filter please ensure it will fit. We have the ability to customize the dimensions to fit your particular filter. Please contact us if you have any questions about fitting a third party filter into the filter grille.
