Aluminum Backed Custom Floor Grille

Our aluminum backed wood registers are used with hardwood floors as independent inserts (without frame) that rest on top of the sub floor and sit flush with the finished floor. These units are primarily used for new hardwood floor installation but may also be used with existing hardwood floors. This type of vent cover provides a seamless, decorative look to your wood floors.

The standard for floor applications is ¾” wood with at least ¼” metal backing secured to the wood for extra support. Thicker metal will be needed for larger floor registers.

Customers can ship their wood to us or we can procure the wood. Any pattern can be chosen. Please see the pattern page for inspiration.
